Who we are

PanPrompts (https://panprompts.com) is part of AI Virtus (https://ai-virtus.com). It is a free library of tested AI prompts with example pictures.

This page explains what data we keep, why, and who helps us handle it. Questions? Write to support@panprompts.com.

What we keep

Account: your email address and a scrypt hash of your password. We never store your password in plain text.

Session cookie: a cookie called pv_session keeps you logged in. It is used for login only and lasts 30 days.

Saved work: the tool drafts you save in your account.

Arabic prompt builder: what you type and what the builder returns are kept for 90 days. We also keep a hashed version of your IP address, only to limit abuse.

Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is privacy-friendly and uses no cookies.

Who processes your data

Cloudflare hosts the site (Workers and R2 storage).

Supabase hosts our database.

Anthropic: when you use the Arabic prompt builder, the text you type is sent to the Claude API from Anthropic so it can write the prompt. Please do not type secrets or personal details into the builder.

Payments: if you buy PanPrompts Plus, checkout is handled by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. It handles your card data, VAT and invoices. PanPrompts never sees your card number.

How long we keep it

Builder inputs and outputs are kept for 90 days. Your account and saved drafts stay until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, fix or delete your data. Email support@panprompts.com from the address on your account.

You can clear the pv_session cookie in your browser at any time. You will simply be logged out.

Pictures and credits

The pictures shown on the site were generated by AI models. Some artworks are public-domain works from Wikimedia Commons, and we show credits for them.
