The free plan

PanPrompts is free. A free account costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

PanPrompts Plus

PanPrompts Plus is a planned paid plan, at about 19 SAR or 5 USD a month. It is not on sale yet. This page tells you how refunds will work once it is.

Payments are taken by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. It handles checkout, card data, VAT and invoices.

Cancel any time

You can cancel your plan whenever you like.

After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. You will not be charged again.

14-day refund

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment. Just ask, and we will help.

The refund is handled through our payment provider and goes back to the payment method you used.

How to ask

Write to support@panprompts.com with the email address of your account. Tell us you want a refund.

You can also use the support link in your payment receipt from the payment provider.

Later payments

The 14-day refund is for the first payment. For later monthly payments, cancel before the next renewal date to avoid being charged again.
